1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the 77 fb platform and its users. By accessing the 77 fb website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have agreed to all of the following terms.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict arising from a translation, the Bengali version shall prevail. Where any term is unclear, the decision of 77 fb shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on 77 fb, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• Must have a valid mobile number and payment account registered in your own name.
• Anyone whose account was previously closed or banned may not register again.

2.2 Identity Verification

77 fb reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of the National ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport may be requested. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their password and login details confidential. If there is any possibility of unauthorized access, the 77 fb support team must be notified immediately. 77 fb will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use by a third party.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

The 77 fb platform uses Bangladesh's established mobile financial services and banking for deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Limit

Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Conditions

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

3.3 Transactions from the Same Person's Account

Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Transactions using a third party's account are not permitted.

3.4 Verification and Security Checks

77 fb reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Transactions may be temporarily placed on hold if fraud is suspected or unusual activity is detected.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Various bonuses and promotional offers are made available on 77 fb from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the balance to ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳30,000 in bets must be placed on a ৳1,200 bonus before winnings from it can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• If a bonus is not used within the set time limit, it will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If an attempt is made to exploit bonuses fraudulently, the account may be closed.

4.3 Bonus Disputes

5 Gaming Rules

The 77 fb platform operates casino games, sports betting, fishing games, and live casino. Separate rules apply to each category.

5.1 Game Results and RTP

The results of all games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game falls within the range set by the game provider. This rate is not a guarantee for any single session, but rather a long-term average.

5.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bets are set for each game and betting market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. 77 fb reserves the right to change betting limits as needed.

5.3 Technical Issues and Void Results

If a game result is deemed void due to a software error or technical problem, the bet for that round will be cancelled and returned to the user's account. Any winnings obtained under such circumstances will not be considered valid.

6 VIP Program

The 77 fb VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

6.1 Cashback Rates

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses for that week — total losses minus winnings. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6.2 Tier Advancement

VIP tier advancement is based on a user's regular activity and engagement with the platform. Consistent play at a specified level can lead to promotion to a higher tier.

6.3 Cashback Payment and Expiry

Cashback is added to accounts every Monday. Cashback funds have a set expiry date and will be cancelled once that date passes. Cashback bonuses are subject to their own wagering requirements.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77 fb platform, and any account found to be involved in them will be closed immediately:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Exploiting the bonus system fraudulently or misusing bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or software.
• Acting fraudulently toward other users.
• Completing registration with false or incomplete information.

For any of the above violations, 77 fb reserves the right to forfeit all funds and bonuses in the relevant account and to take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request to close their account if they wish. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Once an account is closed, all account history and data may be deleted.

8.2 Closure by 77 fb

77 fb may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time in the event of a breach of terms and conditions, suspicious activity, or for security reasons. The user will be notified by email in such cases.
